Terms & Requirements

Conditions for Online Quran Teachers

Please read carefully in English and اردو before applying. Applications that do not meet these conditions are not processed.

English

Mandatory Conditions

  1. 1.Own laptop or desktop PC is a must — mobile phone teaching is not accepted.
  2. 2.Fast & stable internet (WiFi/fiber) with a backup device or UPS/power backup.
  3. 3.Basic to fluent English — you must be able to explain lessons, greet parents and send progress updates in English.
  4. 4.Strong Tajweed, Makharij and correct recitation; Hifz or Tajweed certification is preferred.
  5. 5.Must know Zoom / Skype / Google Meet, screen sharing, digital Quran page sharing, microphone & headset use.
  6. 6.Always available on your committed shift — no unannounced leaves; inform 24 hours in advance.
  7. 7.Ability to teach kids (4–14 years) with patience, plus adults & reverts.
  8. 8.Quiet room, clear voice, decent appearance, and full observance of Islamic manners & institute policy.
  9. 9.Must be able to handle USA / UK / Australia time zones (early morning or late night shifts).
  10. 10.A demo class & short interview on Zoom is compulsory before selection.

لازمی شرائط

اردو
  1. ۱۔اپنا لیپ ٹاپ یا کمپیوٹر ہونا لازمی ہے۔ موبائل فون پر پڑھانا قبول نہیں۔
  2. ۲۔تیز اور مستقل انٹرنیٹ ہونا ضروری ہے، ساتھ بجلی/بیک اپ کا انتظام بھی ہو۔
  3. ۳۔انگریزی بولنا اور سمجھنا آنا چاہیے، کیونکہ بچوں اور والدین سے بات انگریزی میں ہوگی۔
  4. ۴۔تجوید، مخارج اور صحیح تلاوت پر عبور ہو۔ حافظہ یا تجوید کورس ہو تو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔
  5. ۵۔زوم، اسکائپ، گوگل میٹ اور اسکرین شیئرنگ کا استعمال آنا لازمی ہے۔
  6. ۶۔اپنے مقررہ وقت پر ہمیشہ دستیاب ہونا ضروری ہے، چھٹی کی اطلاع ۲۴ گھنٹے پہلے دیں۔
  7. ۷۔چھوٹے بچوں کو نرمی اور صبر سے پڑھانے کی صلاحیت ہو۔
  8. ۸۔پڑھانے کی جگہ پرسکون ہو، آواز صاف ہو، اور ادارے کے اصولوں کی پابندی لازمی ہے۔
  9. ۹۔امریکہ، برطانیہ اور آسٹریلیا کے اوقات (صبح سویرے یا رات) میں کلاس لینے کے قابل ہوں۔
  10. ۱۰۔سلیکشن سے پہلے ڈیمو کلاس اور زوم انٹرویو دینا لازمی ہوگا۔
